Pros

work from home a little flexibility but a lot of expectations

Cons

the whole experience was not enjoyable, I came from one of the "accounts" they acquired, the whole thing was disorganized from launch. I was the only one offered a position from the company therefore everyone came to me with questions which I didn't mind helping but was completely overwhelmed with the work load. I was the only one local to the account as well so was expected to attend job fairs, meetings onsite and because the managers all new me and trusted me, they came to me with their complaints first instead of their new recruiters. I ended up leaving the company because of this.

Pros

Remote position, unlimited PTO, coworkers

Cons

You cant work for this company long term as they lay people off all the time. Top performers are let go to due to clients backing out of contracts. I wanted this to be a company i could retire from but sadly you worry about being let go weekly. I worked on 7 differnt accounts within 2 years because they all sun set. Many many lay offs without any noticed. Management will say everything is fine then let you go the next day, regardless if your a top performer or not. Training is limited, work life blanance is non existing, worried every day you will be let go as they loose clients and restructure teams all the time. I worked on 7 different accounts within 2 years.

Hello, this is Cherice Schmidt, EVP – Client Services. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience working at Cielo, I appreciate your honesty. I understand the uncertainty caused by what has happened across the organization recently and emphasize that these decisions are never taken lightly. Our leadership team are fully aware of the impact they have on our employees and do everything we can to minimize any negative effects on our valued team members. It would be useful to understand the training areas that you have found to be lacking because it’s important that everyone is provided with the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles. If you are comfortable, I invite you to have a confidential conversation with myself or your leader about what we can do to ensure your voice is heard and the experience you have here is a more positive one.
