      Pros

      The fact that Cielo allows working remotely is a huge plus in today's environment and the norm for this industry

      Cons

      They talk a good game, but in reality there is little chance to truly manage my team. They don't understand what management means.

      Pros

      Tons of resources for recruiting and a great amount of training and continued education opportunities available to learn and grown as recruiter.

      Cons

      I spent more than 20 hours a week of my time completing CYA documentation and in unproductive meetings, yet was expected to document 40 hours per week interviewing and screening candidates. I was forced to contact my hiring managers with the CYA documentation so often many started to ignore my emails.

      Pros

      -Ability to work from home -Great teammates willing to work together -Brand

      Cons

      -Pay is terrible relative to the market. I instantly had job offers making 10-20% more than what I was previously earning with Cielo. -Absolutely no work life balance. 50-60 hour weeks were the norm. -A "client is always right" mentality. I rarely saw pushback on a client when the recruiters were being verbally abused.
