      Think twice before considering Cielo as an option for a REAL talent acquisition opportunity

      Opportunity to WFH used to be a draw, however, WFH situations are so common now I am at a loss to think of a Pro

      Work only until the company loses the contract with the client, which they always do. Employees of the clients are generally not on board with the Cielo partnership, creating a very resistant work environment Management supports the "Mean Girl" mentality. Your work is never good enough, and you wonder what the team leads actually do all day. I was on multiple teams and this was consistent on all. Outsourced sourcing to a foreign 'call center" with inexperienced staff whose performance was measured by quantity over quality, leaving recruiters with only job postings to attract hard-to-find talent as time was not allowed for sourcing on their own. Many good employees lost their jobs to this and the performance of the company went downhill fast. This brilliant cost-saving move cost them a lot in the long run. I could go on and on with the cons...just glad I'm out of there!

      The company seems to be forward thinking, casual work attire, mostly supportive co-workers

      Cons

      Lack of quality leadership, Lack of quality training, High stress, gossipy environment (cubicles aren’t walls people....)

      Flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      Was sold a bill of goods at the interview. Was told would be working 40 hours per week when in truth turned out to be 65 to 70 hours per week. Extreme micro-management and reasonable workload. Team was so stressed people were quitting. Client was impossible to work with. Have never quit a job in my life but quit this one after 6 weeks due to stress. Would not recommend to anyone.
