There are good benefits offered not just for you, but also for your child/children.

Cons

Just like any other preschools, we are overworked and underpaid. We are the ones who give their whole heart and put a lot of passion on what we do, but we are rewarded poorly.

Cons

-some of management seem to forget what it’s like being a teacher or they have never been a teacher so it’s hard for them to understand the work load -nepotism in upper management
