Pros
Truth is, it's the best education for the price. Period. The methods & philosophy are great. The mission statement is carefully crafted and should be a standard for education in general.
Cons
Upper management talks about how the teachers are so important but in reality - the teacher turnover is high, salary is low, and benefits are not competitive. Rarely do they put in Headmasters with education experience to run the schools. I'm afraid to give honest, what I believe to be constructive, feedback (to proper hierarchy) without fear of being fired. I've worked there for years, due impart through hard work, diligence through dedication, and saying nothing to/about the administration. I understand, however, as an employer, there would be 5 people willing to take the place of a "unruly" teacher for less pay.
