Pros

Eh, it's a paycheck. Plus at least my coworkers and a few managers are tolerable.

Cons

Century 21 overworks us and underpays us. Every single department is understaffed and quite honestly morale is in the toilet. With all the complaints about performance one would think that they might hire more people, but common sense was not gifted to HR. Century 21 wants to tout itself as a great place to work but that is a lie.

Lots of resources to grow your leads, market yourself, have a presence on the web and learn more through tutorials and webinars.

Cons

Century 21 charges a franchise fee, that is paid by the broker, but might be passed down to each individual agent.

Pros

Well known brand in the real estate industry, career is very promising and challenging. Century 21 arranges high level networking events for its realtors.

Cons

Lack of mentorship, I was thrown in the water to learn swimming. When I first started, I wasted a lot of time to learn about the business and that had caused me to struggle from lack of income, it's all commission base job, so no closed deals, no pay. Also lack of good leads, most of the leads the company generates are rent leads.
