Great training programs, support staff is very helpful.

Cons

Not really a con but don't expect success unless you are willing to hustle and are a self starter. They give you the tools, the rest is up to you.

Great Training and Excellent for a New Realtor. I learned a lot and attained 5 Realtor designations while working there. Family environment. Just don't become the unloved stepchild.

Cons

You get leads if you do Floor time but you may only get "good" leads after being there for awhile. Sometimes a Long While.
