Pros

I truly enjoy my coworkers and the work I do. It is a lovely office in a good location, with reasonable hours

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. When an employee leaves they are not replaces, their workload is just assigned to another person.

Pros

Everyone seemed really sweet, and it was a family environment. Each office is difference, and mine strove for success. The workplace was always filled with positive energy and affirmations. The company itself is awesome! And I know many amazing agents who have had wonderful experiences. I however, had a poor work experience there

Cons

What in the world was my job. I came on as an ISA, which wasn't explained well to me. I thought that my position entailed emailing, calling, and maintaining positive relations with clients, past, present, and future. I loved giving information to everyone, helping them find the perfect home, but I was pushed to sell sell sell. My contract was changed in an attempt to "let (me) see my money faster," when in actuality, taking away any type of base pay took away the ability for me to actually pay bills with my pay. The management seems very sweet, but are extremely non-confrontational. After assisting with the close of 2 homes, I resigned, thinking that upon the close of escrow, I would see the money I had worked hard to earn. Silly me! The managment dodged my calls, texts and emails for weeks, before quoting a part of a contract that is different from the last revision I signed, saying that I was no longer entitled to the almost $1000 I had earned, since I left a week before the first home officially closed, and 2 weeks before the close of the second. also- 1099....
