Well known brand in the real estate industry, career is very promising and challenging. Century 21 arranges high level networking events for its realtors.
Cons
Lack of mentorship, I was thrown in the water to learn swimming. When I first started, I wasted a lot of time to learn about the business and that had caused me to struggle from lack of income, it's all commission base job, so no closed deals, no pay. Also lack of good leads, most of the leads the company generates are rent leads.
