Able to travel back to Asia time by time and bascially it is a reputable airline

Cons

The salary is below the average of other airlines in UK, almost one third comparing with BA, such as the salary of cabin crew is equal to the salary of ISM in CX.

- Good amount of days off. - Great discounts and travel perks. - Great lifestyle potential. - Much more freedom than in an office based role. -

Cons

- Very slow progression. - Little to no recognition for hard work. - Less manpower than before on flights. - Workload has increased immensely, yet salaries and allowance have been cut massively. - Upper Management based in Hong Kong are completely disconnected to front line staff. - Layovers are too short with not enough rest compared to before.
