Pros
- Good amount of days off. - Great discounts and travel perks. - Great lifestyle potential. - Much more freedom than in an office based role. -
Cons
- Very slow progression. - Little to no recognition for hard work. - Less manpower than before on flights. - Workload has increased immensely, yet salaries and allowance have been cut massively. - Upper Management based in Hong Kong are completely disconnected to front line staff. - Layovers are too short with not enough rest compared to before.
