      CX got the most number of outports among all Hong Kong-based airline, so it was a great opportunity to travel around and enjoy the staff ticket

      Cons

      Very harsh to its staff, with very limited resources but claims to be a premium airline, such as lack of blankets and meal choices. It was impossible to provide a premium service but keep apologies for the lack of resources on every flight Previously take 10 year to get promoted to purser, now almost impossible to get promoted

      Good health benefits and 401K matching. Great travel benefits. Management that cares about its employees. Promotes from within.

      Cons

      Still recovering from COVID. Less autonomy because Hong Kong is increasingly overpowered by China. Not very diverse.
