Pros

Quarterly bonus 30 days you get 2 free pillows 6 months of working at Casper you get a free mattress.

Cons

When they expanded really fast they stop caring about their employees. It was all about numbers. I was a part-time associate and made the store 70k-80k a quarter in sales. I would only get $2,000 prorated. All associates were getting different pay for doing the same job (14hr -17hr).

mostly wonderful coworkers, a sense of togetherness, lots of perks, fair pay

Cons

startup cult mentality, many folks overworked, plagued by spending too much money early on and firing people to save money

Pros

Culture, Collaboration, Creativity and room for exploration. Casper gives its team members the chance to grow and learn while still feeling supported. Work-life balance is important to them, and they provide great opportunities to be part of creative projects and experiences.

Cons

The downsides are minimal, and things you will find in any young public company. Growing pains from time to time, but nothing of note.
