Pros

Producing products that are useful and needed. Plenty of parking spaces. In the right circumstances gain exposure to international employees and different cultures.

Cons

Poor leadership throughout . Top down mandates , lacking team spirit, little diversity, poor recognition, non-existent diversity of thought, immature/week HR, limited to no professional education/continuing skill building.

Pros

Pay is decent. Pay is on time. Reasonable vacation time.

Cons

Many. Management could not care less about its employees. There are constant rumors circling around about who is getting fired, who did what, different complaints about employees. i.e. a very toxic working environment. Be smart and stay away.

It is pleasant to work with such professional employees, they have a lot of knowledge and want to do a good job.

Cons

No consideration for employees, they are threated without any respect by WW management. local management is treating the employees better but still the environment is stressful and unpleasant. it is even hard to do your job because we are not given all the necessary support to do it.
