      Pros

      Employees of the company are very hard working, committed to their jobs, and excellent to get along with. Unfortunately they're not rewarded for the work they do.

      Cons

      Poor leadership which leads to poor management effecting the entire culture of the Company. The Company needs to embrace these types of issues, and resolve them from top-down to retain it's most important resource, the hard working employees.

      The pay is good, the people are great to work with. The managers have a good idea of what is going on with the employees.

      Cons

      Business is slow at times. The workload can be heavy at times. Not a clearly defined path for the future.
