Pros
Innovative products, committed to service to clients, awesome people, great benefits with 401k medical dental vacation and PTO, opportunity to learn new things and financials are verified by two major companies.
Cons
Too many repetitive meetings where little is accomplished, relative assessment process and rankings of employees is definitely a negative, redundancy, leadership is rush rush rush, but puts the brakes on positive change, CEO is nearly invisible and the regular employees are not given the authority to fix the problems.
