      Pros

      Great people in my group and that I interact with regularly. Products are amazing and innovative with new product introductions on a regular basis. CFO, Corporate Controller and the rest of the HQ Finance team are professional and at the same time very easy going.

      Cons

      There is always the uncertainty about the future. It's not a secret that the clock is running out for our holding company to sell. It makes it a little scary to make any big purchases just in case I don't have a job! Tone at the top (CEO) could be improved. No affinity groups are supported by the company so are grassroots only.

      Pros

      They are normally fairly flexible with hours and time off.

      Cons

      There is a culture of blame rather than innovation. New and brilliant ideas are expected but there is a great fear to trying anything because of intense criticism if they fail. There is no opportunities to advance they would much rather get someone new in than raise anyone up. There has been some downsizing and probably more in the near future

      Pros

      Started out strong when first buying out Kodak. Seemed the possibilities were endless. Management certainly gave employees the feeling that anything was possible..including becoming a stand alone company.

      Cons

      Then reality set in. Losing traditional business lines, and unfortunately unable to replace with new customers. I think employees are worried about the future of the company.
