Pros

The workers are nice and work hard. Manufacturing area is clean and usually organized. All in all a decent place to put some time in and do your job and collect a decent paycheck.

Cons

Used to be Kodak. The management is bunch of incompetant, lazy people with a sense of entitlement. A good ol boys club where the kodakers look out for kodakers. Nobody wants to change the Kodak way that has failed so badly in the years past. The good, knowledgeable people are scattered amongst the others but unable to change the culture.
