Cons
Carestream seems to be a bunch of individual businesses cobbled together without much thought or direction. Senior management has a significant cultural problem on their hands and yet does absolutely zero to specifically address that which is plainly obvious. Who the heck has forced rankings anymore? CEO is more technically capable and tuned-in than most, but he doesn't seem to understand how to cultivate people and inspire others. There is huge uncertainty plaguing Carestream's future, and little effort to secure its long term future. Way too many ghosts of Kodak weighing this company down.
