6y-Thanks for sharing…there’s a lot to unpack here! I believe there are good answers to a lot of the questions you raise. First, CarSense promotes like crazy from within. We know that the best people can learn to be the most skilled, while the other way around is not necessarily true. Managers try their best to look out for their teams, so if there is an opportunity for a sales consultant, our managers will reach out to see if they are interested in a leadership role. (instead of missing the chance). In addition, it’s important to mention that the “numbers” have almost zero impact on what managers make, as they are paid a salary not commission! CarSense will always ask our employees to share how special it is to be a part of this team…and that kind of genuine enthusiasm and satisfaction is impossible to fake. I’m hearing in your words that you are disappointed, and may feel passed over. If you’re up for it, let’s get a coffee and figure out how to get better for the next opportunity. That goes for us too!
