The CarShop staff at the Hatfield location are the most accepting, and friendly staff off all the CarShops. A lot of weekends the sales team will go out for team building activities after a long Saturday shift! The biggest pro I have for CarShop is that they prefer to promote internally, meaning you are able to move up to a higher position by working hard, not by a degree. Furthermore, at CarShop you are able to have one on one conversations with VP's, and the President, which is unheard of at a normal store. The Hatfield stores Sales Manager team are extremely helpful and professional, always sharing their personal insight on how to help sales consultants the most. Additionally, CarShop is just a overall fun place to work at. After working at CarShop for almost 4 years, in 2 different departments, there hasn't been 1 day where I haven't had a good laugh. I would highly recommend CarShop to my family and friends for purchasing a car, and for possible future employment.

Through strong leadership, a great work culture, pivoting during uncertain times, our dealership has and will survive some of the most challenging of times this industry has ever experienced. As I approach my 9 year anniversary, I still enjoy coming to work and helping our customers through a stress free and safe car buying experience.
