Good training from Akil. He is the man!

Cons

I have never ever worked harder in my life for less money. What they did to the people in Scottsdale is terrible. They dangled carrots in front of them, anything to keep them from quitting, and then all at once fired them all. Luckily I saw the writing on the wall and quit before this happened. The preach integrity, but that only goes to the customers. The Sales associates work there butts off. Literally have to do everything...everything to get a car down the road. The make nothing and are promised everything. Don't drink the cool-aid, unless you can work for free for a few years.
