Open and supportive work environment with the potential to thrive. Growing employees and preparing them to take the next step with a growing company.

Cons

With the state of the art shop and the potential to repair and service all makes and models, the public is not aware of the vast depth of talent that we possess.

Pros

They really take care of the employees from day one. Sales does not have to work a 9 - 9 shift. They hold fun actives every month and pay you while you enjoy paintball, go carts, spa day for the ladies etc…. They ask us how we are doing and really mean it. They hold employee luncheons every other month to keep us informed as to what is going on. Recently voted a Top Work Place on Philly.com and Pittsburgh Gazette.

Cons

Sales woks holidays, but they give you a comp day for it.
