The company has an excellent vision for the future which includes being highly orientated towards both customer and employee satisfaction. Genuinely the friendliest company I have worked for with opportunity for those who share the vision to be the best.

Cons

The company is growing fast so sometimes this means investment to support this growth slightly lags behind

Great opportunities, fantastic senior management team, proper career progression for the right people, excellent earning potential. Honestly in my opinion (and I have worked main dealer and supermarket), CarShop has the best opportunities and pay in the motor trade.

Cons

Long hours and every weekend - but thats when we earn our money
