Unfair and poor work conditions

Lunch provided on Saturdays. Quarterly luncheons. If there is an issue or problem, corporate handles the problem well

Cons

As a lot attendant, you are outside on the lot Washing cars day in and day out every day, as long as it's not raining or the temperature is above 35 degrees, no exceptions. Sometimes you aren't allowed to take a break or take a lunch break. It's on a daily basis which is a little much. Get threatened to be written up because wasn't on the lot because left for a few minutes to take a bathroom break. "No breaks, no exceptions" to quote a senior manager.

Best Workplace 5 years straight!

CarSense Pittsburgh has just been honored as one of the Best Workplaces in the region for 5 straight years. I was lucky enough to attend the ceremony and I feel so blessed to be a part of this team!

Cons

Only downside I can see is that we couldn't bring all 115 plus of our associates to the event. Good thing we can celebrate at the stores!

Awesome day at Pocono raceway

Pros

Management continues to do special things for all of us. They recently took almost 300 employees and a guest to Pocono raceway. We got to meet the Indy drivers and see the pits. It was a great time had by all.

Cons

Sometimes they a late doing reviews, but that do them a week later so it's not that big a deal
