Pros

Working here is like being with your extended family, I feel like i can be open and honest with everyone i work with, Ive been here for over 5 years we have had lots of changes and we all support each other.

Cons

Every company has issues i feel here at carshop we deal with them as best we can, I do feel like we need more customer service members and collections members to help the process move faster.

Pros

There's a few people that actually care about you as a human.

Cons

Someone always has something to say. People constantly looking over your shoulder. Constantly micromanaged. Just like everywhere else, flat rate pay system that will soon have you working for nothing. Very limited opportunity for growth.

Pros

Great team mentality and success is consistently celebrated. Fantastic culture withing each store and open and honest communications! Support and advice always available whenever necessary!

Cons

Can be unsociable working hours for some, but that is the same across any business in this industry! Part and parcel of the job.
