Some of the best people in the world work at CarSense. We are a truly dedicated and driven team with excellent corporate leadership and a culture second to none.

Cons

Just the ups and downs of retail business. The rewards and satisfactions heavily outweigh the challenges.

Great post! And I agree, growing our people is a top priority - We have some of the best growth stories.... lot attendants to GM's - technicians to GM's the list is long.... Education is awesome, but we hire heart.

Not a big thing but maybe company cell phones.

Pros

I have been working for Carsense for almost 20 years and it's safe to say it is a fantastic company to work for. Great pay and benefits with 401k as well. Carsense goes above and beyond for their customers and employees. I can't imagine working anywhere else. They truly care about their employees whether it's the annual Christmas party or in the summer taking their employees to Six Flags or Hershey Park. Also they have employee fundays which include golfing, go carting and paintball. I would and have recommended many people to come join the Carsense team.
