      So many pros with this company, but the main one that I truly appreciate is the fact managers actually listen to your needs. Open door policy is truly a thing here and that is refreshing.

      Yes! We pride ourselves in our open door policy. A lot of companies say they have a open door policy - and they very well may have one. We say we do and I know its true, because I love seeing the folks across the desk - even if it's just to chat about how their weekend was... Thanks so much for the post!

      Recognizing the Best of the Best

      Pros

      Last night had the opportunity to recognize and celebrate with several of our newly minted Elite Technicians and their managers over a tremendous meal at a fine local Steak House. These guys are truly the best of the best in their field and it was an honor to be with them and celebrate!

      Cons

      It can be hard to choose the Best of the Best when there are so many great associates to choose from.

      Pros

      Attende Auto Show with employees from another store. Great interaction. Auto Show and Lunch and work hours all paid for by carsensse. Very enjoyable.
