      Pros

      Great place to work .They do take care of their employee's.I had a very difficult year with a family sickness and everyone went out of thier way .I will never be able to thank them enough .

      Cons

      No cons long hours are part of the business.

      Pros

      It is an AMAZING and supportive environment in which we are able to grow and to learn. I love always being able to walk into work everyday and be greeted by smiling people happy to work with others who are happy to serve guests who walk into the store. I love always being surrounded by a community who is always watching out for you. Our events are always fun and uplifting and being able to see old faces from other stores.

I'm a surprised though, Sales associates are supposed to know the paperwork just like a DC does... I'll have to look into that, Thanks again for the heads up and thanks also for all you do!
