Pros

-Generous time off. -Decent pay (not great, but decent) for what you do. -Company paid travel to interesting places. -My rating is based on the above. But it gets three stars by a slim margin.

Cons

-Long hours. Expected to answer phone on off days and vacation. Even late at night. -Micromanagement by people not qualified to manage. -Competetive atmosphere. In most cases, this would be good, but it promotes backstabbing and pettiness. -Fraternity atmosphere with very little professionalism.

Pros

Coworkers are great. You get to work with a lot of great people, and meet lots of great people. Closed on Sundays. Flexible hours if you are part time.

Cons

Benefits packages keep getting more expensive, copays keep going up. Sales managers are incompetent and don't acknowledge or understand the ins and outs of selling cars and simply manage based on BS training structures. There are often way too many sales people working making it difficult to see an effective amount of customers. There is always some new type of training you have to do. Every single week!!!
