Consistently rated as best places to work, Great work-life balance, career advancement opportunities, great company outlook as additional locations / regions are added annually.

Cons

Must be open to relocation in order to advance your career, be prepared for daily feedback on performance which can be too frequent for many people.

Pros

I cannot think of any at this time.

Cons

You had better learn how to speak their language and expect to use the lingo I order to move up and keep your job in the company. They will throw you in a position without complete training. They will fire anyone at will if one is not a "Carmax" fit. Your life would be better working elsewhere.

Great culture. Very supportive management. Associate development is important and you have opportunities to better yourself if you choose.

Cons

Retail hours/weekends/holidays. 50% of work is outdoors so be prepared to get wet, cold, etc.
