The reason why I came to Caliber from one of its MSO competitors is because the word on the street is that the company promotes from within and rewards hard work. Since I've been here a little less than one year, I've received a promotion and pay raise that I have earned through hard work and being team player. Caliber is advertised! Best CEO and leadership in MSO industry by a mile.

Cons

The only con for me is that I have a longer commute. That is by choice. because working for Caliber is worth it.
