Pros

Never had to work weekends, good benefits

Cons

Pay was terrible. Doesn't matter how many years experience you had. They only cared about the techs. Front office staff and parts dept didnt matter to them

Pros

Pay and Benefits are great, and love many of the co workers. Overall could be a great company easily if they could fix the store to corporate level communication and reality.

Cons

Disconnect from what is preached up above and what actually happens down the ladder.
