There are some decent people that work for the company.

Cons

This company is growing too fast for it's own good causing them to hire and promote under-qualified people into serious management positions. This company also doesn't treat Office Managers fairly giving them half of the responsibility of the center but only a quarter of the salary the Center Manager makes.

As Caliber Leader of (8 years) I get to wake up each morning and be my own leader with FULL support of senior management. Not many companies invest in your personal growth and Leadership by placing you in courses outside of the company. I love what I do because we make it about the people. Stay this Course!

Great company to work for . If you are in the Collision repair industry , this is the company to work for , I have worked for them for over 20 years , they are honest and stand behind what they say . They have the employees best interest at heart and stride the Restore the customer to the rhythm of their life . No company is perfect , but this one here is very close . Two thumbs up from a lone time employee .
