      Domestic brand name. Nothing beyond that.

      Cons

      Worst working culture, clear divide for treatment to Ratings and IREVNA/International Research business. High ego that is leading to continuous fight amongst sr management team members, directionless, no proper HR policies, no coordinated efforts, lacking vision, made bad acquisitions leading to significant value erosion. CRISIL is heading for doomsday so be careful.

      Pros

      yearly 8-10% blanket hike to all employees, can apply for promotions every 6 months nd every promotion entails a 25-30% hike. pays for you CFA or FRM exams, good work culture, flexible timings, no night shifts and even allow you to work from home at times. bonus is paid every 6 months.

      Cons

      work load is high during quater ends, starting salary is very low and growth speeds up only after 1-1.5 years. can get stressful at times.
