      There is nobody to look at GAC in CRISIL. The CEO is least concerned about the pathetic treatment given to employees

      Pros

      They claim big that they are S&P's subsidiary. But problem in GAC is managers are given promotion and incentive on the basis of how much successful they are in harassing employees by their new schemes every month. Too many managers who dont have work.

      Cons

      They keep you threatinng with lot of things like cutting bonus etc. They conduct exams which they announce after joining CRISIL and say this is manadatory. For god sake be little transparent as this listed company Very slow growth. Small coterie of managers who intereact among themselves and dont give a damn who else is there in company. It will give you a feel one is working in "mahila udyog" as the pomotions are skewed in favor of women who dont leave the company til their retirement

      Good for freshers but only for a year or two 1. Friendly Work Environment 2. Flexibility 3. Good Facilities

      Cons

      So proud of the brand name.... Well dont go by the NAME.... 1. Really BAD compensation 2. Employees made Managers on the basis of their stay in the company 3. Biased Performance Appraisals 4. NO Motivation, Appreciation 5. They take feedback but never work on it. I could go on and on.... but i guess this is enough

      Pros

      - Learning curve was excellent from the many intelligent people who fall into the CRISIL brand name trap - Ideal for men who are not career oriented and want a lazy life. You don't get kicked out of the organization. - Ideal for married women who wouldn't want to spend too much time in office. Obviously you won't get promotion, but yeah, you won't be kicked out... so enjoy with stable income.

      Cons

      - Pathetic management. Kinda looks like a family managed business currently, by looking at the middle level management. - Managers have poor skill sets. But yeah, if you are a good pal to the family, you will get promoted irrespective of your skills. - Very bad pay scale. Management doesn't care about the employees. - Favouritism in promotion, increments and no transparency whatsoever.
