Pros

Good hourly pay plus commission ( if you a good seller) Ability to meet new people Get to know what is the life in the airport Great System and Technology

Cons

Where do i start from: {Basically About Management} - Management (a company like this should hire people who have an experience at a “security job”) - Lies they keep telling their employees and breaking promises (during training the management kept telling us that the priority is SECURITY, SERVICE, last thing is SALES. Once training is done their main priority is SALES, SALES, SALES!!!!) - Lack of PROFESSIONALISM ( i was in a training class of 20 less than 90 days only 8 left, either because their sales “didn’t met the quota” or they had breaches [ which they should have 2 chances, after the first YOU’RE OUT!! ] - Some supervisors and team leads are RACIST!!! I’ve been bulled because of my race. Which shouldn’t happen in a diverse company! -Ambassadors are treated like SLAVES “I know that another review has been mentioned that” (Standing for long hours, break rooms that are far away, Stupid point system, and very strict when it comes to the uniform “I suffer from Asthma and I mentioned that if i keep wearing the tie i can easily get choked”.) There is a lot more!!!!

Pros

The pay is decent if you can sell. Benefits. Most ambassadors are generally nice.

Cons

This is one of the worst places I've ever worked. Management is an incompetent mess. Rules change daily constantly getting pulled leftband right from all management staff no one knows what to do. It's to the point where ambassadors just do what they want because there's always new daily rules. Staff is very unhappy and many are quitting or have quit. Moral is low, it's unorganized. Turn over rate is very high. Most management(not all) is very rude and disrespectful. For example if you ask a question they don't answer they just ask you a sarcastic question back. Management constantly insults and makes fun of employees. There is favoritism. It's basically a very unprofessional environment to be in. Oh and you'll never leave work ontime, if you have to leave due to prior engagements such as kids or another job they'll make you feel guilty and threaten to fire you. While I do agree it is never ok to be late if you walk in ontime or 1 min late they'll berate you for that. Even though they claim to give a 7min graze period. It's just a bad place to work. There's constant arguments and crying. Leads will watch you struggle and not offer assistance. Hours are terrible too.

Pros

The best thing and only thing that keeps employees is their ability to make commissions..the hourly salary is mediocre but the commission makes up for it if an ambassador can sell.

Cons

The ATL location treats their staff like SLAVES literally they give out orders instead of constructive coaching or feedback with constant threats to fire employees if they don't fall in line. The morale amongst the ambassadors is severely depressing and reflects in the poor customer service that many members receive. Management is aware of the many discretions that occur at this location but fail to address the bickering, gossiping, belittling and negative culture that plagues this team....it is a sad situation in all.
