I'm not sure how this company continues to win top GTA employer each year, but I have never seen so many people so unhappy to work for this company. They tend to overwork people by giving more work than once can usually handle (it should usually be split up into 2 more manageable roles). Before I left, my job took over another full time role (so I was doing 2 full time roles that got merged into one), with a lack of support. The company earns a lot of money, but they're still very frugal with spending money on new hires. This creates a lot of stress and unhappiness among the employees. When I left, everyone was very happy for my decision. I feel that if a company was great to work for, people would want to stay longer. Unfortunately, the turnover is also very high here.
