Vacation is offered right from the start and compensation is OK. There can be great camaraderie within a department which helps to keep worklife pleasant..

Cons

Career pathing almost is non existent. There is a distinct lack of communication and cooperation between departments leading to adverse experiences for members. Lack of SMART goals to assist in receiving a favourable performance review and rampant favouritism.
