      Pros

      I do believe in what the company does... but that's about the only good thing here.

      Cons

      Employees are overworked and under valued to the extreme. Training is minimal and they go by the approach of "Sink or Swim". Everything about the company is VERY political and promotions are not based on Performance.

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.

      Cons

      Other than needing more hours, I cant think of any cons.
