Pros

The commission structure is ok

Cons

Management operates and motivates by fear and punishment Hourly pay sucks Commission check cut in half for not meeting 90% of way too many quotas Ridiculous quotas Sly sales procedure Company and management only cares about money, not the customer or the employees Redundant and unnecessary procedures

Pros

Can potentially make decent money fairly flexible with schedules Fun Co-workers Technology industry is fun

Cons

Ruthless punishment on commission at times Not good long term company Accessory sales are a little over the top, especially considering they are just "additional" money for the company. They promote some of the dumbest phones and expect you to deliver Managers work 45+ hours a week but the pay equals to be about $11.00/hr + commission Super slow most days since Sprint struggles as a company Even on your days off you feel like you are at work cause of the nonstop emails and messages

Pros

I really can't think of any.

Cons

-The company we sold for (Sprint) is a dying company. -You always work over an 8 hour shift. -Inconsistent break times -Company tells you that your commissions will be better than they are. -Company doesn't pay you commissions for the first two months, just hourly wage which is the minimum wage. -Company charges you back in full for a lost client, they don't take any of the responsibility for bad service after the sale. -Consistent contact on days off asking you to take shifts. -Really hard to ever take a vacation longer than two days.
