not that I remembered! there are no pros for this company.

Cons

false accusations, %100 commission loss, loss of work hours (watch out for that!). bad management. favoritism. lack of leadership, management doesn't take care of customers escalations. no training. I tried more than 5 times to request a vacation not even once I got an acknowledgment.

Cons

Pay is not as competetive as other dealers and commission structure needs to be re-worked. Employee retention is low due to this.
