      Too far from my house. A little unorganized. A lot of overtime.

      If You Accepted an HR Role Run!

      Pros

      Good pay, beautiful building, from the interviews this role seemed like an awesome opportunity.

      Cons

      Long hours / no structure / department is run by leadership with no real HR experience and the ones who are onsite do no provide Adequate or any training any type. It’s a sink or swim set-up.

      Pros

      Fairly simple job (if you don't mind getting yelled at all day), nice office, friendly peers.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow (unless by some miracle someone else quits or HQ decides to expand the opportunities in the Austin office), no issue is ever really addressed/fixed, the company culture is dead, and there is a huge lack of communication between departments.
