Pros

There is a very strong sense of community here. With all the new faces, I feel like there is always an effort to make everyone feel welcome and part of the team. No easy feat when there are new people every week! I feel like my concerns are taken seriously and dealt with quickly.

Cons

Working at a start up can be tough. With all things new, there are some growing pains. Some standards and policies are still being established.

High growth, great people, team oriented environment. This was a great place to work with very intelligent people

long hours and high pace environment may not work for some people

Blue Apron I really enjoyed working with the people there the employees there work together as a team to get. the job done

Cons

Blue Apron employees at times can be very disruptive to other employees that are there trying to do their job using very foul language that other employees don't care to hear
