Pros

Great opportunity to learn if you can get a seat at the table. Changes were being made to make work/life balance better.

Cons

Senior Management did not have a pulse on what was going on day to day with their employees. Very poor growth potential (no clarity on track) within the department - had to fight tooth and nail for compensation increases. Little to no buy-in cross-departmentally on important projects. Poor communication across departments.
