Pros

As an Associate the job is simple, and for students your schedule can be (somewhat) flexible

Cons

Bottom barrel pay, bottom barrel management. Zero reward for longevity, and zero reason to move up in the company. Pay bumps for doing so are extremely minimal. Very high turnover, good personnel tend to move on quickly.
