Pros

Your Lunch time, when you get some peace from all the nonsense you get from management.

Cons

They are extremely strict, they want you to work your butt off and be efficient. Yet they don’t provide you with the necessary supplies to do so. You will get orders of like 200+ pieces, and they give you shoe sized boxes for you to finish that order, so you have to figure it out. They will also keep nagging at you for having all this “downtime”. When you tell them that the small boxes are slowing you down, they tell you that you need to figure it out and generate your own boxes. Also, you only get 5 sick days for an entire year, so if you have kids or a life, it will be so hard for you to keep this job. If there is any overtime, they give you a 4 hr notice into your shift, and it’s mandatory. If you don’t stay for overtime, it’s a write up. Management is the worse, if you complain for any little thing, they will team up and retaliate against you. If you take that issue to HR, HR will excuse their behavior. And in the end, they will find the dumbest reasons to write you up and fire you. Not writing your initials on a water bottle can get you a write up, that’s how lame their rules are. The building gets extremely hot, and some areas have fans , but others don’t, or you can hardly feel any type of air flow. Many employees have fainted from heat exhaustion in there, yet they still haven’t done anything about it, all they say is to keep drinking water. So you take that advice, and logically you will need to use the restroom. That will also become an issue, since that will also be considered “downtime”, and they will bring it up to your attention. I can go on for ever, but I will just end it by saying that this by far has been the worst job I’ve ever worked at. Good luck on your work hunt, hopefully your not desperate and end up in this place.
