Not exceptional but easy

Pros

Hourly not salary, easy hours, decent benefits for full time management. Autonomy in merchandising (no planograms) consistency in processes.

Cons

Low pay rate, unorganized HR, no marketing to support business growth, Managers do not get access to financials, which seems odd if you are in charge of the outcome. 3 stars for diversity because their product selection are gender heavy in men's footwear and clothing/gear, rarely highlight female athletes.
