Pros

The company that was berry global, has changed names at least 3 times in the last 10 years. Twice before it was Berry, and had just been bought out and renamed again. Literally nothing has changed as far as benefits, pay, bonuses, updated machinery etc. I think the break room got new larger tvs a few years ago so we could watch the company stats easier, but I can't remember if that was a company turnover or a company gift to the employees. The job itself is not bad, once you learn the machines. The problem is no matter what name gets put on the company, the top employees are still the same. So the same troubles follow and there is really not much improvement.

Cons

Same management, same problems, less benefits regardless how long you're there

Pros

This place will spit you up and destroy you. The pay is terrible and management is even worse. Incompetence runs high here because of the turnover rate and lack of raises/training. There’s no cohesive manuals, the machines are half broken. The safety record is bad as well. There are no pros to working here.

Cons

You will loose every aspect of free time as you do multiple people’s jobs at once. You won’t get compensation for it either. You won’t get decent promotions even if you put the effort in. Also the plant manager is completely useless and does not know how to run a buisness. If she did she wouldn’t have a turnover rate of almost a shift a month. Also they break a lot of labor laws here in regards to lunches and breaks. During 12 hour days we got 2 breaks but the minimum is every 4 hours. Also missing lunches and breaks completely is normal. Focus on better training, safer machines from this century (almost 90% of machines were made pre-2000 and in some cases before I was even born in the 80s. These machines are not maintained in a safe manner. Get a better maintenance system. Get a better safety system in there. Get a better record keeping system as well.

Pros

The technical supports within the construction team offered great learning in regards to the sevtor

Cons

- management bullies: My second manager there had two girls crying on the floor while I was there, then after a year it turned on me. I was at conventions with her and then asked why stuff wasn't done in the office. She promised the world and then told me to deliver not very much at all. She tried to force me to work beyond hours while I had sole care of my autistic and disabled so , and clearly expected the role to be your entire life. The final nail was seeing my own job advertised (I'd never had a single disciplinary measure etc)
