Good Pay-12 hour shifts-Benefits-Overtime Available- Opportunity for advancement if you don’t end up like me and have a target on your back and get singled out because of my association to a former employee whom was fired the day I was hired. Then held to different expectations than other employees once that information had circulated around the shop. Feel as if I was basically set up for failure resulting in being fired two days after I complete my 6 weeks of training

The turnover rate is insane. You wont be anything but another number to them unless you show exemplary skills and then they quickly move you off the production floor.

The commute is close to home.

Favoritism, discrimination, racism, sweat shop mentality, these are just a few of the things this company does to the employees and when brought to managements attention or reported, you get retaliated against making you scared for your job or you get terminated. A lot of employees are family so if you’re not in their family they treat you like a slave (friends and family attitude), The racial slurs used by the department mangers in this company is ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would this is the worst company to work for because they have no respect for their employees. Company is always in the red and never pays its bills so parts get difficult to get sometimes when there’s an outstanding debt on the account.
